The wellness fair will also feature kids health activities, a car seat check, K-9 demonstrations, the Lutheran air helicopter, ambulance tours, community resources and more!

FREE SCREENINGS & ASSESSMENTS
    • Blood Pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation level
    • Stroke risk assessment
    • Heart risk assessment
    • Depression risk assessment
    • Sleep Apnea risk assessment
    • Oral Health screening
    • Vision assessment
    • A1C (tests for prediabetes)
    • Hernia screening
    • Women’s Menopause screening
    • Bone Density heel scan
    • Hip/Knee assessment
    • Flu Shot (regular and high-risk variants available)
    • Body Mass Index (includes height, weight, and body fat)
    • Skin cancer screening (9am-12pm only)
3D Mammogram Screenings Available Saturday, September 28, 8am-1pm (Pre-Registration Required)
A limited number of 3D screening mammograms will also be available.  Eligibility requirements include:
  • Are age 35 and older and have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months
  • Are insured or uninsured
    • Many insurance plans are accepted, and funding is available to cover expenses for women who do not have sufficient financial resources.
  • Are available to participants with a Primary Care Provider
  • Must be pre-registered prior to September 28 by calling 574-372-0084
